Booster appointment today. What letter is this that I have to bring?

I'm under 40 and was able to book my booster jab online having had my 2nd dose in June. This info is on the confirmation email. I don't have a letter! Can anyone help please?

You don't need anything. That is for people who have 3 doses plus a booster because of health issues. I had my appointment yesterday. I didn't need to take anything.

@Invasionofthegutsnatchers I think that's the 3rd dose for the immunocompromised , my dad went for his booster and didn't need to take anything

3rd dose is different to Booster. 3rd doses are for those extremely vulnerable, they get 4 doses inc booster. You don't need a letter!

You don't need a letter as you are having a booster not a third dose.
