OP posts:
Itsbeenalongweek · 14/12/2021 20:45

Thanks OP. Just managed to order.

onemouseplace · 14/12/2021 20:53

Site fell over when I tried to confirm order annoyingly!

Motorina · 14/12/2021 20:56

Thanks, but still not available for me.

I'm NHS and required to test twice a week. IT's going to start getting interesting soon.

dudsville · 14/12/2021 20:58

Boo, not in my area apparently.

BuffaloHigh · 14/12/2021 20:59

Not available for me for home delivery, but managed to get some to collect. Yesterday it told me there was nowhere to collect within 30 miles.

SLH2003 · 14/12/2021 21:00

They're this month's must have panic buy.

louisethedisease · 14/12/2021 21:04

Not in my area

tinkywinkyshandbag · 14/12/2021 21:04

Not for me either

DaisyNGO · 14/12/2021 21:14

Not for me
Posting here probably the problem, wish I'd looked an hour ago.

DialsMavis · 14/12/2021 21:19

I jad awful insomnia last night and got some at 3am. None left when DH tried at 7am.... We aren't hoarding them, DD and Ds both close contacts and work like us to test before we go in

Whinge · 15/12/2021 06:43

I've just been able to order some. Hopefully others will be able to. Smile

Flamingolingo · 15/12/2021 06:48

Ordered some just now. Have a child who is positive, so we need a bunch now as the mandate is daily LFT for the rest of us.

I have some professional contact with the team behind the home testing service - I know that they get no prior warning of any policy change regarding testing, so it is wholly unsurprising that there have been supply issues. I think the issue is with fulfilment/processing rather than test availability though.

Doubledoorsontogarden · 15/12/2021 07:30

Thank you OP. Order done, no issues

NoseringGirl · 15/12/2021 08:04

Thank you! Just got mine ordered. Both DH and I test twice a week (sometimes more by request!) for work and we're running low again.

Whinge · 15/12/2021 08:07

I'm glad I posted, I was worried it would be like the OP and as soon as I posted they'd be unavailable again. Grin
TheVampiresWife · 15/12/2021 08:20

Thanks OP! DD, DH and I have just ordered a box each. We're not being stockpiling twats, I have to test v regularly because of other health conditions and had run out and don't want to be in that situation again!

Porfre · 15/12/2021 08:26

I ordered on the 12th still not received them

Poppins2016 · 15/12/2021 08:36

It's worth trying in the early hours if you have problems at other times... I ordered successfully at about 3 am yesterday (the silver lining of being up for night feeds)!

I suppose the petrol issues of late should have taught me to have a back up, but I don't like hoarding (or waste)... we're just about to run out of LFTs this week, so things could have ended up a little tricky if I'd not been able to get more (especially if we become close contacts of anyone)!

countrygirl99 · 15/12/2021 08:55

Just tried and not available.

Greenhand · 15/12/2021 09:03

It says for me "sorry there is a problem with your order".

What does that mean?

OliveHenry · 15/12/2021 09:05

I just tried and got exactly the same. I think it means they're having some technical issues with the site.

Hopefully the boffins are scurrying around in the background trying to fix it, or their phones will be overwhelmed!

DonGray · 15/12/2021 09:11

Not available here
Local chemist had them but massive queue

ihavespoken · 15/12/2021 09:13

@SLH2003

They're this month's must have panic buy.
I don’t think that’s fair- we’ve been told we can test and go free if we’ve been in contact with a covid case so obviously people will want to have tests available. It’s not the same as panic buying 100 bog rolls
SLH2003 · 15/12/2021 09:17

Of course its a fair comments, there'll be loads of people with multiple packs at home ordering more and stockpiling.

Porfre · 16/12/2021 12:17

Definitely this months must have item.

My brother works in a pharmacy. They've had loads of people asking if they have any on stock. Unfortunately they've ran out.

But my sister who works in an educational setting has boxes of the stuff cos the students aren't collecting them to test.
