What do you think of Compulsory Vaccines for Public Sector workers?

Sorry if it's been discussed before and I've missed it.

It was only when I saw the reports that NYC is bringing in compulsory vaccines for private sector workers that I realised that they've already brought in compulsory vaccines for the public sector.

Genuinely interested in what people think about this.

I think it's a seriously dodgy decision. If you really care about the health of your population then mandatory vaccination for NHS staff is NOT the way to go, especially given the less than amazing efficacy and persistence of the vaccines.

If you're desperate to be seen to be doing something and/or you care about big pharma raking it in, then it seems pretty sensible.
