DH & DD positive - should I still have booster tomorrow ?

Much as the title says my DH and DD have just tested positive and I'm due to have my booster tomorrow. Obviously I will do another lateral flow test before I go but given there is a strong chance I will pick it up before long, should I put off my booster? If I have my booster and then get Covid am I more likely to be poorly with it?

I deliberated in this as was in the same position. In the end I took a LFT beforehand and went and got it.

I think if you're negative on a LFT then you should go.

You should get a PCR test and isolate until the result. (In fact in Scotland you have to isolate for 10 days if you are a household contact. Don't go to a vaccine centre possibly carrying covid and spread it around there. Don't rely on a LFT...please...

Please don't go and put everyone there at risk. Get a PCR and reschedule.

They asked me if anyone in house with symptoms or postitive or beennin contact with a positive case.

I would reschedule. It wont protect you as need to have 2 weeks before it is effective.
