Not registered as having 2nd dose of vaccine

Hello
I tried to book my booster yesterday but it's booked me for my 2nd vaccine which I've already had!
I also had a text the other day to book 2nd dose but assumed it was a mistake.
I called NHS number but apparently have to contact my GP which is pretty much impossible atm
Has this happened to anyone else and what's the quickest way to sort this out as I suffered pretty badly with covid last Christmas, definitely want the booster asap

@Icanseeclearlynow12 some of the vaccine doses do not seem to have been registered at the time so other people are experiencing it.

All the doses are the same so I would book your '2nd dose' and rock up to the vaccine clinic at your appointment time with your vaccination cards you were given at the other appointments. Explain the issue and they will add the vaccine on to the system and give you the 3rd jab.

Just don't delay and get your 3rd vaccine.

That sounds like sound advice.
