Anyone waiting for PCR results?

Had a PCR yesterday - Typical I was supposed to have my booster yesterday!

I have been doing regular LFTs - all negative but this week got a cold (it's going around) / sore throat and a few colleagues off - Covid and non Covid reasons.
But on Friday I was WFH and felt worse- like a hangover and then sense of taste / smell went.
LFT still negative though.
Hopefully will get result today.

I've just had one. I've got a cough and cold. My son has his Christmas songs at school tomorrow and he'll be so upset if he can't go in for it so I'm really hoping to get the results back quickly!

Good Luck - at least I don't have any DC activities I will be missing (except chauffeuring teen DD everywhere- my DH has to yesterday instead of me starting at 10:30 and last one was collecting at 11pm!)

The testing center was so busy, I've never had to queue to get in before 😬

I'm still waiting for mine to come back. Over 48 hours, do I chase or book another, or continue to wait?

We just had one back today that took 46 hours from the drive through appointment time. Felt like a long wait!

I'm waiting on results now 😩 got a strongly positive LF, husband and DS were both negative. All three of us have done PCRs, they have both come back negative and mine is the only one that hasn't come back.

Dad had a positive LFT yesterday so all 4 of us went for a PCR test at 11am - mine and DD2 (positive) have come back at 1am but the other 2 haven’t come at all yet

Mine just came back - negative- less than 24 hours.
When I got it yesterday they said 1-3 days but probably tomorrow.

I sent mine of Tuesday, got results back last night.

Everyone has had to take PCR tests in our family as I have covid. The results came back within 24-48 hours. One had to be redone as results were inconclusive.

Im waiting for one for DH and DS13. DS13 tested positive on lft after his brother and sister have been confirmed positive and he had symptoms. DH remains lft negative but has to take one for work. We did postal tests and it’s been 2 days waiting for DS (which has been standard for us) and DH has been waiting 3 days which seems long! Hopefully we’ll get them back today though 🤞🏽

DS had a positive LF on Friday after school so we managed to get an appointment at a walk in centre Friday evening at 5.30pm We had our PCR results back at midday yesterday. DS confirmed as positive, me and DH both negative.

I just got mine back, negative! Quite surprising after the positive LF.
