When will booster show on vaxx passport?

My booster shows on my NHS covid record (along with negative tests I’ve had since my second jab) but I notice it’s not on the ‘vaccine passport’

Does anyone know when the pass will include all jabs you’ve had (perhaps within a 12 month period?) just looks misleading otherwise

I have an underlying condition so jab 2 was nearly 8 months ago! I’ve heard some countries are only accepting jab within 180 days.

I'm not in the UK but mine was there literally before I got home from having it!
Obviously not the NHS app for me but I'd check if it hasn't been updated with almost immediate effect otherwise surely it could be an issue if travelling etc?

Youngatheart00 · 12/12/2021 07:21

That’s what I’m thought but alas (Boris Hmm) my certificate still shows the original 2 only

Just looked at mine (bolstered Friday) and that's not showing yet either.

gherdl · 12/12/2021 07:35

Mines on there, had on Wednesday 8th at GP, though they have got the date wrong on passport bit and it says 9th, medical records bit is correct date though (England)

Youngatheart00 · 12/12/2021 07:36

Ah, variable then.

Hope your arms aren’t as sore as mine still is!!

I had my booster on 5th November and it shows on my Covid travel pass.
LinzerTorte · 12/12/2021 07:38

DD had her booster a week last Saturday and it was showing in the app on Wednesday (can't find the link now, but it said on the NHS website to allow five days).

LinzerTorte · 12/12/2021 07:44

Sorry, in her NHS COVID pass. Found the link now, anyway - it says here "If you had your vaccination in the UK or the Isle of Man, it will automatically show on your NHS vaccination record within 5 days." This doesn't refer specifically to the booster but hers was showing within five days (it may even have been a few days earlier, but she didn't check between Sunday - when it wasn't there - and Wednesday).

Iamanicepersonreally · 12/12/2021 07:45

Mine was there the same day I just the booster

derenstar · 12/12/2021 07:46

Had my booster yesterday at 2pm. It’s already showing on my NHS app.

toomanypillows · 12/12/2021 07:51

I had my booster on 9th November - it didn't show up initially but I've just checked and it's there now. It says 3/3 vaccinations.
However, it also says thst it expires on January 11th 2022...that seems shortlived 🤷‍♀️

gherdl · 12/12/2021 07:53

These passports must be updated manually as mine has the wrong date, rather than just inputted automatically from the NHS medical record bit, maybe that is why they are so variable in timing. Hope your arm gets better soon OP.

gherdl · 12/12/2021 07:55

Expiry is a rolling month so constantly updating.

Itsbeenalongweek · 12/12/2021 08:14

Had mine yesterday, on the app this morning.

pisspants · 12/12/2021 08:28

I just checked my pass and the booster I had on Thursday afternoon is showing on there already.

Happyelfjokeday · 12/12/2021 09:35

Out of interest, where do you need to navigate to on the NHS to see your jab records? I have been clicking on lots of different options and can’t see mine - although I can generate a covid pass

View your GP health record, your GP heath record, short term acute medication, in a list with stuff like antibiotics you may have been prescribed.

I was wondering this too. Had my booster yesterday (so arm is still flipping sore!) but it was quite chaotic at the centre and I didn't get given the card with my batch number on and I forgot to ask. DH had his scribbled on a scrap of paper.

I'm not confident it'll get updated properly as it was all really disorganised and rushed and am panicking a bit now.

MeredithGreyishblue · 12/12/2021 09:44

@tulippa you don't need your card. It's put on your record by the clinician. Hence you register as you arrive and they have your notes on screen whilst you're in.

Michellebops · 12/12/2021 09:46

Mines is there now! I had an update on the AppStore and when I checked it's visible. I got mine done last weekend.
I'm in Scotland though if that makes a difference

Whattochoosenow · 12/12/2021 09:48

Scotland ones updating very quickly. DHs appeared the next day.

tulippa · 12/12/2021 09:53

@MeredithGreyishblue I'm just worried as everything was so rushed and chaotic. I can't help thinking they'll have forgotten to update my records on screen as they seemed to be forgetting everything else (they asked me five times which arm I'd like - no exaggeration). I'll keep checking the app and keep my fingers crossed.
