Covid pass has expired but it won't show a new one!

Has anyone else had this? DH has tried on the app and on the NHS website. It's telling him to have a PCR or to get vaccinated - he's had two jabs and a booster!

He has applied for the paper Covid pass but this might take a week to get here, and he needs to show the app daily as part of his work.

Help!?

What pps have said - I just requested another via the nhs app and it just reviewed for a month, which you can then save to "wallet" or similar on the phone.

Mine wasn't out of date and my travel pass shows all the vaccinations.

If he clicks the request a new one, it doesn’t show. Instead he gets taken to a page where they say in order to get one he can either get vaccinated / get tested etc.

He’s meant to be out and about for work tomorrow and will need to show the pass so god knows what’s going to happen.

sounds like the vax site hasnt uploaded his details properly. they did this with dh 2nd vax and it took 3 weeks to sort it was nightmare.

Has he definitely done all the ID checks? It sounds like he might not have done.

I would ring 119 now. Maybe there's been some sort of error and his record isn't linked to him properly anymore. Hopefully it's really sorted if it was working previously.
