Boosters and periods?

I'm concerned about boosters being 3 monthly, my period vanished for months after my first/second dose. I know several people who missed up to 3 months period after getting vaccinated and one whose only bled very lightly since. I know that's anecdotal, but a quick google and read of some of the threads on here show a proven link between vaccination and changes to your cycle.

It's one thing to ask young women to accept this once a year, but every 3 months could result in cycle changes almost constantly which is worrying to those who are trying for kids or want to one day, and those who track their cycle for contraceptive purposes. I wouldn't be willing to get a booster every 3 months for this reason.

Is this valid? I work in the NHS, not patient facing, and I'm pro vaccine and was happy to be vaccinated but cannot deny that it did make temporary changes to my cycle and I'm not willing for that to be ongoing? Would an employer see this as fair?

I agree! What would they do enough people refused?

Funnily enough in 4 days late and I had my booster about a month ago, just after my last period.

My first vaccine I was also 4-5 days late, 2nd wasn’t affected at all.

I’m not fussed. They’ve proven that it doesn’t affect fertility etc and even just getting any illness can throw do your cycle, as can stress etc

Have they said it will be every 3 months? Haven't seen that reported anywhere

And also for young children, 4 jabs a year? Especially when it isn't really for their protection tion..
