I'm desperately hoping I'm OK by Friday, no temperature and just sent off pcr but will I be OK to get booster?

Yes, if your PCR is negative.

I had a really bad cough, they wanted a negative PCR, didn't have time to get the result so had to reschedule.

vodkaredbullgirl · 08/12/2021 15:46

If your pcr is negative then yes should be fine.

As for postal test results, it varies. Some are taking days but my sons postal results come back very quickly this week. Posted 3pm Monday and results 2.30pm yesterday (Tuesday) so pretty much 24 hours which surprised me with postal tests!

vodkaredbullgirl · 08/12/2021 17:33

My pcr came back, negative, was sent yesterday at work.

Thank you and for the info on postal. I guess it depends where you are

Mine said as long as I didn’t have a temperature at the time, tail end of cold was fine
