Hopefully walk in centres will stop turning people away now.

Trying to change mine from the 21st which is 6 months after 2nd. No availability at local site so walk in half an hour away may be my only option.

I tried to book an hour ago & it said no but just tried again & it let me book ! 43, had 2nd dose in July.

Oh I'm in too. After Christmas, but that's OK.

Anyone know about getting the booster after having covid? I'd read that you need to wait 28 days, but is that from the start of symptoms or from the last day of isolation?

@JustMary it’s 28 days from symptoms or positive test.

Was going to go to a walk-in tomorrow but anyone been able to do this at under 6m? I’m 6m 21st December, was planning to go tomorrow and now DS has tested positive on LFT this morning I definitely want to go! Not sure whether to change my booked appointment (early Jan) and swop to appointment tomorrow or just try walk-in?

I will be 6 months after 2nd jab on 14th Dec, but was able to get walk in Pfizer booster this morning 10am. The woman said they'd only just updated the system for the new guidance for 40+ and had I tried an hour earlier they'd have said no!
