Any one else lose their sense of space wearing a mask?

Is that what I mean? I can't "feel" my position in the same way as usual, I'm more likely to bump into things and I can't judge distance.

I was on the tube at the weekend, dutifully wearing my mask at all times, but the escalators were really scary, I couldn't judge where I was putting my feet!

Yes, they have the same effect on me.

They also cause my anxiety to ramp up. I avoid going anywhere I have to wear them so hardly go shopping apart from groceries. I don’t even care about catching Covid just hate wearing a mask. To be honest I hate seeing everyone in masks too.

yup I cant see my kids properly and have tripped over them when out shopping!

I struggle too. Won't take an escalator with it on!

Yes, I have to pull my mask down for getting on and off escalators.

Yes!! I thought I was the only one. I feel it affects my vision too but I've since had an eye test and told my vision isn't great after years of no problems so that doesn't help.

Say I was walking down steps in a shop with a mask on, I really have to steady myself. Feel almost spaced out!! Like I'm going to fall down!
