Is a digital letter version acceptable proof of vaccine?

lunabitc · 06/12/2021 11:46

My app isn't working, helpline have advised me to contact IT via email, but I do have a digital version of proof on my phone with two barcodes. Is this acceptable proof for venues that require it? I'm in Scotland. TIA

Where is the digital version?
Is that downloaded from the site you can check your vaccine details?
Or you can order a paper copy

lunabitc · 06/12/2021 11:54

It's from the nhs personal login. I ordered a paper copy but they said it might take 14 days.

I'm sure it's fine. They might not even ask for it. Where are you going?

Yes @dementedpixie

Call the venue and ask. I was able to use a print out of my non UK administered vaccine a couple of weeks ago but I checked in advance with them as was worried.

Also - didn't the rules change today anyway and you can use a negative LFT?

Yes you don't need the vaccine passport from today in Scotland!

lunabitc · 06/12/2021 12:20

So if I use the lateral flow, do I take it with me or take a picture?

Sorry pressed post too soon.

You need to register it online and use the confirmation email you get. So basically anyone can just lie.

dementedpixie · 06/12/2021 13:27

Register the test online and you get an email and/or text to confirm if you're positive or negative
