We have a Christmas trip booked to London, to see a musical. The info to get in says this:

COVID Status: LW Theatres are asking audience members to bring either proof of double vaccination, negative lateral flow test (taken within 48 hours) or proof of natural immunity.

So....

  1. DH - double AZ vaccinated, positive test October 2021
  2. Me - double AZ vaccinated
  3. 15yo - single pfizer vaccinated
  4. 13yo - single pfizer vaccinated, positive test October 2021

How exactly do we prove all this info? What proof is accepted?

I have just downloaded the NHS App, not the track and trace one, but the main (?) one and it's in the process of verifying my ID. Will I be able to see my jabs in there?

DH and DD have emails saying they had positive PCR in Oct. Will that do?

DS is 15 and therefore only single vaccinated and never tested positive. Not sure what to do about him. Presumably he is allowed in?

Thanks for any help.

Surely those not double vaccinated just need to do a lateral flow test before, register it and show the text response.

I just realised on my theatre booking that the rules only apply to over 18s. When I went recently they didn't check about dd either . Could that be the same for you?

I also just have the text to show she was positive , I can't add her to the app. I did get a print out from the GP as well showing her positive test . But it looks like it's only me they check.

The two adults who are doubled vaxxed can get the NHS App, click on “Covid pass” and then access the domestic pass, which will show your vaccination status.

DH could also choose instead to show the email from T&T confirming his positive result, or that also shows up in your NHS App.

The 15 year old needs to do a lateral flow, report it to the NHS (have you done that before?) and show the email confirming that (assuming it’s negative!)

The 13 year old could show the email from T&T confirming the positive PCR. Or do lateral flow and do the same as the 15 year old.

We had this recently, we just all did lateral flows and gave the same contact number. Was easy then to scroll down through the same text chain to show all the results.
