Two positive lateral flows and two negative - which are right?!

No symptoms whatsoever.

Very confused!!

I am another person who had 2 positive flow flex tests yesterday and have just received confirmation my PCR is negative. I had Covid in July, I know how it feels and what a positive test looks like. I was fairly sure I didn't have it. I think there might be a dud batch of tests

We've also had positive Flowflex followed by negative PCR and I'm pretty sure DS didn't have covid. I try and avoid using Flowflex now, I've seen too many reports of false positives.

I had two positive LFTs and several others which were negative. And then 3 negative PCRs. All within the space of a week! I finally accepted it wasn't covid.

Do another LFT and keep us posted on the PCR!

I know someone -pre LFT & pre vaccine- that had 3 negative PCR tests. Antibody blood test confirmed they had had Covid!

@IAmHereForTheFood I don't doubt there are cases like that, I've had covid before (over a year ago). Completely lost smell and taste. Still got those now (touching all the wood) so I'm pretty sure it wasn't! Puzzling thing too is where I'd have got it so it didn't add up.

Also maybe the pcr tests were done after the covid had cleared. I still doubted it after 2 tests but the 3rd helped me relax.

I was in an absolute state about it as the last thing I want to do is pass it on (especially to my very wonderful family members who willingly and brilliantly look after my DC twice a week).

I mean your friend's PCRs may have been done (I definitely did mine where I would have been in the thick of it!)
