What can we as individuals do to help reduce vaccine inequalities?

Just that really. Feeling a bit helpless in the face of such inequality and want to help. I twinned my vaccine through UNICEF. A lot of the news is about how we should be OK in the UK, but not about how people are faring in southern African countries (as compassion for them). The vaccination inequality is startling and shameful. What else can I do?

I read on another thread in the last day or so that a poster from South Africa said that there was not a shortage of vaccines there but the uptake was poor.
