How soon can I travel abroad after getting the 2nd dose?

As above, do i need to wait 2 weeks after the 2nd dose? Can’t seem to find clarification online.

I think it's 2 weeks for most countries, though.

You are generally counted as fully vaccinated 2 weeks after the 2nd dose
