Posted PCR over 3 days ago and still not back?

Is that normal? I realise we had the weekend but the waiting is not easy and it's impacting on life (and sanity) generally.

Only ever done one before and it came back in about 36 hours..

I’ve heard from a few people that there seems to be 3-4 day response time for at home PCRs right now. Did you track it to see when it was delivered to the lab? I hope you get your results soon!

We’ve usually had results back within about 24 hours of the test arriving at the lab, but this week it took about 60 hours. Hope you get your result soon.

We’ve done 5, all back within 24-36 hours.

Posted ours at about 5pm yesterday and had both results around 4.30 pm this afternoon.

Probably depends massively on where you are in the UK. As with everything else.

I can imagine a few would have been delayed with the weather. Surprisingly, though, I posted one on Friday afternoon (north east England, in Amber warning area) and got results in the early hours of Sunday
