12 year old and Spain holiday!

My son will be 11 on entry to Spain next month. Obviously cannot have any jabs yet. But he will turn 12 whilst in the country.
Am I correct in thinking it doesn't matter?

As long as he's eleven on entry I would think.

Honestly, as long as he is 11 on the day of entry I can't see anyone caring. All you do on entry is scan your health form QR code - so the person on the desk has no idea of your son's personal details?
