A "reassuring" don't panic message?

Forewarning us that Christmas arrangements may be all change again?

More restrictions to protect Christmas?

Something else entirely?

If "they" already I know, I'm sure we would too, there's always a leak. On the basis that there hasn't been (that I've seen) are they still making it up deciding?

I feel more anxious now than I have for ages. Obviously we need to try and minimise the impact, but I so desperately wanted to believe we were nearing the end

From BBC: Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected to lay out further detail about how the expansion of the Covid booster scheme will work at a Downing Street briefing later.

I think details of how people will be prioritised for the booster. Less likely - WFH recommendation.

The PM "later" today.

Maybe increased booster roll out?

Have to wait and see.

What news conference?

The Sun says there will be one today. Sky News is saying there will be one too.

They do seem to be moving faster this time but equally I’m not sure if it’s all just hot air. And are the boosters even going to work against the new variant? Loads of schools around us in chaos with lack of staff again. All feeling a bit Groundhog Day.

Boosters and most probably lay the foundation for ‘expect changes to come soon’.

I wish he would be Stressing the benefits of properly ventilated spaces and not dismissing symptoms as the ‘super cold’ instead to get tested as a precaution… but that will come too late as usual.

Dire warnings Christmas might be cancelled if cases dont go down. All pull together yawn. And trips to specsavers dont count.
