Comparatively early days I guess, it's my final day of isolation today. But I feel like crap. I'm so dizzy and spaced out and tired tired tired. I need to get back to doing things, sorting kids out, school runs, work at some point. I can't imagine being able to do any of that yet.
I feel really useless 😭

Perfectly normal. I took me 3 weeks. I had 2 weeks off work. The third week I happened to be on holiday and I was determined not to miss it. I ended up managing one day on, one day off. A trip to the farm one day, a day pottering round the holiday home the second etc etc. I think it helped build my stamina back up & I was fine by the end of the week. A bit tired maybe but otherwise OK.

I think it’s a balance. I had no choice but to get up & look after my kids. My OH was working away. I played, cooked, bathed & comforted them in the night etc. Still did the school run, I just didn’t get out the car. But I took it easy. We watched lots of TV. We did quiet crafts. I explained they needed to play by themselves sometimes. Food was fish fingers, chips & peas! My husband was home the second week & I did really rest up that week!

I've been ill for five days and the dizziness is so debilitating. I feel that I'm about to fall over every-time I stand up.

Oh the dizziness is awful! I feel drugged up, dizzy and vague. I have to concentrate so hard if I need to think about something.
I've been signed off work for another week. The kids have already looked after themselves for 10 days (dh has had it too).

Dizziness is awful - have you tried sea sickness tablet? Sturgeron or similar? I’m really prone to dizzy episodes and they work a treat! Plus they are also anti-sickness if it’s making you feel sick!

I felt as if I was on a boat the other day !
Awful.
