I'm having a horrible time atm and it was a way of taking action to make things better.
Over the next 4 weeks or so, I've arranged cinema with a friend, bowling with extended family, theatre trip with DS2, Christmas night out with football friends, dancing with running friends, a day out in London, all things I'll very much enjoy but which took quite an effort to force myself to make the calls, in my current state of mind
Now I'm thinking that they probably won't happen and/or it was really stupid to arrange so much mixing now and I feel even worse
