Just had COVID - what can I now do and not do?

It's quite weird having had COVID and not sure what the position is now. Could I be a carrier and pass covid on from a person(for example one of my kids' classmates) to another person (for example the grandparents). Do I need to wear a mask/sanitise to the park extent I was before? Can I hang around covid people (for instance my kids if they get it) without catching it again for next 90 days? Help, I'm being thick!

You just do exactly the same as you did before but don't do any PCRs or LFT for 90 days.

You won't pass Covid to anyone after your isolation period is up, that's not how it works. You will have some form of immunity now for a while, but it's not really possible to say how long. I believe the general consensus is at least 5 months.
