Hi, just wondered if anyone had the same issue? I had covid back in September and lost taste and smell. It hadn't fully regained but I had about 50 taste and smell back. I've now got what feels like blocked sinus' and a headache cold and I've lost them both again. I can't test as still within the 90 days.

Have I got covid again, is this just what happens with long covid or has the cold / sinus issue triggered the loss again? I'm worried I've lost it for months again as it took up until 3 weeks ago to even come back to the strength it has!

If you have new symptoms you do test again.

The 90-day window after a positive test
If someone has tested positive with a PCR test, they should not be tested using either PCR or rapid lateral flow tests for 90 days, unless they develop new symptoms during this time – in which case they should be retested immediately using PCR.
