Would other vaccines give a +ve PCR test result?

Stupid question alert!

My baby is due to have MMR, Chicken pox and flu jab next week. Flu jab not nasal drops I am travelling 9 days after and obv she needs a neg PCR. Does anybody know if any of these vaccines (live weakened) give a positive PCR result?

They won't. PCR is specific to the genes in the covid virus.
