10 days from onset of symptoms - which symptoms?

If I've not had any of the 3 "official" symptoms.

But have had sore throat, headaches, slight cough.

Do those three symptoms get used for start of symptoms? Or do only the "official" symptoms count so 10 days will only start with test date?

Not 100% sure if I m correct, but I had a sore throat, LFT-ed, got a positive. Ordered postal PCR which came back positive 2 days later. Test and trace told me to isolate 10 days after onset of symptoms that would be sore throat. However, it coincided with +ve LFT. Not sure if the latter mattered and sore throat would suffice on its own tho.
Hope it helps.

Thanks. Guess we just need to wait for test results/confirmation from T&T but grateful for your advice.

Hope you didn't suffer too badly.

Test and Trace took it from my general cold symptoms. One day before the positive LFT. If you fill in the form, there is a long list of symptoms that apparently count.

From when you started to feel unwell.
Hope you are soon better!
