To wonder can you find out vaccination status

My gut says this account is correct.

Yet funnily enough my Covid Denying Anti vaxxer claims the complete reverse

I don't think someone who isn't pro-vaccine would be allowed to submit an article full of vague assertions to a national publication. There is data available on the numbers of vaccinated in ICU and who have died of covid, with age and health status included, so why are they saying 'I can't think of a single case offhand' as though that's a valid argument?

The way the article is worked though is far more plausible than everyone in hospital is vaccinated though which is what I was told by someone I know.
After all the article does state that some vaccinated do get admitted and die with co morbidities.

I think the data is out there if you look. Maybe not public for each hospital in case it identified individuals.

Oh apologies. That data is for Northern Ireland

The office of national statistics has various data sets around age and health and vaccine status. You have to dig to find the relevant data points but it's all there. Young fit and healthy people who are vaccinated do die of coronavirus - it's rare, but the assertion that 'I can't think of a single case' is just meaningless.
