Weird trickling sensation down arm after booster jab

I've just had my Pfizer booster.
All fine but felt a weird trickling sensation down my arm immediately after the injection....I assumed I was bleeding and was surprised when the lady tapped a cotton wool pad on my arm and announced "good, no bleeding". My arm didn't feel wet so am guessing it must have been a weird nerve sensation....it literally was a creeping trickling sensation of something rolling steadily down my arm. I'm now hoping it wasn't the vaccine... but I didn't have to wipe my arm dry at all so it couldn't have been and I'm sure the lady would have known if it didn't go in...I felt the needle!!
Anyone else experienced this?

I’ve experienced similar with injected medications (local anaesthetic I think) and presume it’s your body registering something of a different temperature entering your systems. Nerves and sensations can be bonkers sometimes.
