Can I just online T&T and avoid the phone call?

My daughter has tested positive. The t&t lady called jist as we were all going to the test centre for the family PCR tests so I didn't want to talk to her.

I asked if I can do the T&T online and she said yes. So I have looked it up and need an account/password I should have got from an email. Is there any other way of doing this? Who do I call for the account details? Will that force me to have the 35 minute phone call?

Tia for any help.

When your daughter's PCR came back positive did you not receive any emails? Mine (I tested positive this week) contained my account id. I clicked the link, set up the password and filled in the form.

Test and Trace still called to confirm I am going to stay at home, but didn't ask about contacts as I have already done it.

No. It just say to isolate, tell the school etc.... the only link is for information for household members.

You can't do it online for children unfortunately. It's rubbish.

I found it pointless. They didn’t want to know about people we really met unless it was a sleep over. They asked about school and if we had been to events or anyone in our house. But apart from that a play date? A lift home? Nope not interested.
