PCR results. Do they prioritise positive texts/emails over negative?

I ask because out of 5 of us 4 had positive LFTS and 1 DS was negative.

All 4 positive PCRs have come through this evening except the DS who's LFTs were neg (but he is still poorly like rest of us)

Has anyone had a mixed bag of results come through together or had the negatives come later than the positives?

4 tests
+5 hours negative test (which was without a doubt wrong)
+9 hours x2 positive
+27 hours negative

So not the case in my experience
