This is now confirmed by NHS England. They can get it after 12 weeks with bookings from 22 Nov.

This should help provide extra protection again ask Covid and also help with booking holidays for next summer.

Wonder if they’ll do this for 12-15s too?

I really hope so. How is it right that we have a system that penalises you if you're aged 12-15?! We have a holiday we have to cancel as our children fall into that age gap and only have 1 jab, and we can't visit family we haven't seen for several years in some countries as they'd be required to quarantine for too long. But if our kids were younger or older there'd be no issue with travelling as they'd be exempt or able to be fully jabbed.
