Would I be likely I could get it again now? I must admit I’m not being as careful to avoid catching it as I was before I caught it

You get 90 days I believe to assume immunity (you can't test and you have natural immunity). After that you are again at risk.

Even with a recent Covid and double jabbed you'd have 94% of not catching it. So yes, you could.
