I can see two lines, I'd confirm with a PCR but I've had plenty like this and they've all been false positives. Better to be safe and confirm with a PCR though

I tried to mark up on my phone but my arrow has ended up a bit far to the right.

I can’t see a second line, but it looks like it is void and smudged. I had one that did the same.

I would do another test.
