Anyone feel worse “after” COVID than during it?

I was released from my isolation yesterday but have felt worse yesterday and today than during my 10 days isolation!

My symptoms were mainly mild - cough, loss of taste and smell, headache etc but have been feeling so tired that I’ve had to have a sleep for a couple of hours the last two afternoons! My cough is also worse and I’m coughing a lot more than I have done before.

Has anyone else had this or am I a medical anomaly!?

Yes, it seems to be a thing. Days 10-14.

I ended up in hospital on day 10 .

I got worst on day 11.

At least it’s not just me!

The tiredness is really something else. Been out for a short (20 mins) walk this morning and I’m wiped out

I’m 16 days after my symptoms first started and feel absolutely knackered. Hoping to have a nap tomorrow whilst the kids are at school but despite 8 hours at night I feel like a zombie during the day.

I was exactly the same OP you're not a medical anomaly!

It took about four/five weeks to regain normal energy levels (enough to do normal stuff) though I'm often still tired after an active day, or if I've had less than 8 hours good quality sleep.

I’m on day 10 isolation ends tonight. I still have a woozy stuffy head and feel very tired, sense of smell has not returned either. I seemed to improve a bit on day 7 but have been stuck like this since.
