To my embarrassment, I’m 58 you know , I can’t remember the name but a second treatment was reported in today’s news that is 89% effective at preventing hospitalisation and death.
This just gets better and better and I’m convinced that within a year or two, Covid will be like any other seasonal virus with OTC treatments available.
Of course, very frail people will sadly continue to pass, as they do every year with ‘flu (usually complicated by pneumonia). The uncertainty and fear though will, for the vast majority, be gone.
