Anyone had Covid not long after a previous infection?

Just wondering?! I know it’s supposed to be less likely within first few months….

My work friend had it in June and then tested positive again in October. Symptoms both times

She had had one vaccine before her first infection and two before her second. Her symptoms were mild, flu like. She's fine now. At first I thought she might have still been testing positive from first infection but it was 4 months apart and she had had a negative test inbetween
