Anyone else's 17 yr old offered 2nd vaccine?

Doesn't turn 18 until June but the GP text today to make an appointment. I've done so but on nhs site it only says 1 dose can be offered.
I'm confused!

Was it an automated text?
Unless they have an underlying condition then they will only be getting 1 vaccine dose

Yes had this, they sent me text, I followed link, booked it then had another text cancelling it and saying as dd is 16 (and not CEV) she could only have one. I’m all ‘YOU text ME and TOLD ME to book it!!’

No idea but it made me put in date of birth and took me to booking options.
