What to do with negative Day 2 LF result after arriving home from abroad?

We returned from Portugal on Saturday and completed our Day 2 tests today. These were Boots tests for doing at home and we have uploaded the results (negative) and received a certificate from Boots. Do we need to report the result to anyone else and if so, how and to who? Or does Boots handle this? I can't find any information online as to whether we need to do anything. Does anyone have any insight?

I think that the number you had when you ordered the tests- the one that you had to put on your locator form - links everything up. We did day 2 from Portugal on Friday, logged with company, then that was all.
