Can 119 give you results if it's passed 6 days?

Not me, an elderly relative. Seven days since they received their test results (postal, so you get an update) and they haven't received anything. They're not great on the phone (a bit deaf!) so I was going to phone and chase, but would they give me their results if it's not the person who tested IYSWIM?
Or do they not have access to the results and they just chase them on the system? Thank you!

Has someone registered the barcode from the home test online. My son didn’t register it and rang 119 on the 4th day, they told him to register it and as soon as he did the result came through immediately. You could try ringing on their behalf and see what they say when you explain the situation.

Thank you, it's definitely been registered, my DH did it for them. I'm going to phone tomorrow anyway I think, I just wasnt sure if they only chase or they can give results out over the phone, and whether they would do either if I called. Hopefully if I explain they will help!
