Does vaccine status disappear when you test positive

I recently tested positive and was looking on my nhs app to see if it had added on there that I had covid. Clicked on the covid pass and it said it had expired. Is this because I am positive and once my isolation is up it will reappear?

The covid pass does disappear and comes back after 10 days.
