Covishield and booster for EU travel

Unfortunately, I was one of the people who received the AZ Covishield vaccine, which isn't accepted in all EU countries.

My DH wants to visit his family (not seen them for two years) in one of these countries over Christmas, so I've been looking at the website, and it says I'll have to isolate on arrival if I also go. Having looked on the official websites for this country, there's no mention of having a fit to fly test instead, it only mentions having an EU vaccine passport from the four approved vaccines - which I don't due to Covishield not being accepted in this country.

It's been longer than six months since my second vaccine, so due the booster (happy to go private if needed as I know the vaccinations are delayed in my area), do you think this booster will supersede the Covishield and I'll be allowed to enter without having to isolate? I can't find anything online.

Does the booster get added to vaccine passport?

I will add, that I experienced the same for Portugal in the summer, but they accepted a Fit to Fly certificate and all was fine.

Can anyone help or have experienced the same?
