Feeling pretty miserable, is there anything else I can do?

Tested positive on Monday but I have been ill with toncillitis/cold since 28th Sept
Negative PCR/lateral flows until Monday

Plenty of fluids (although I am a bit dehydrated), not getting out of bed, cocodamol,

No major appetite but I can occasionally eat

My temperature comes in waves so either I'm roasting hot or freezing! Got a sore tummy/headache/earache my skin is sore to touch

I have a little oxygen meter so I'm keeping an eye on that

What else can I do for myself

Got a new stabby pain there everytime I breathe 111 is sending a paramedic

Good call. They can check you over, do an ecg and get you to a doctor if needs be. You may have a touch of pleurisy, costochondritis or COVID pneumonia, all of which are common with this fun bug.

But I am so much better than I was

Thanks everyone - it's a scary illness

I had the most horrible thing last night

I was confused/disorientated getting more and more panicky everyone was asleep and I was getting worse and worse

Then I woke up the cat who woke up Dh and he got me calm and back into bed

So scary

Wouldn't touch cocodemal with a barge pole.

My oxygen % is much better but its a real effort to breathe
It's driving me crazy/exhausted!
