Does anyone know if there is a time that the change kicks in on the 24th?
I need to order tests and fill In the locator form; we arrive back in the UK around 1:00am on the 24th
I was going to book LFT tomorrow but other changes have always been 4am. The LFT tests aren't available until the morning and I can't fill in the form until tonight/tomorrow
Anyone know? Don't want to buy PCR if I can help it but similarly don't want to buy LFT and then not be eligible as we arrive an hour or two 'early'
