My test looks just like yours and I went to a drive through test centre and it was confirmed as positive 😭 I hope your feeling ok x

Yes, worryingly there may be yet another lab. We live in the SE & I wouldn't have expected our PCR tests to go to the affected labs, but they did.

There's enough bloody Covid & lack of mitigation's without getting incorrect PCR test results 🤦🏻‍♀️

@dg93 feeling pretty rubbish but just so glad I don’t have a cough or chest/breathing issues, I ordered a pcr test today

Every time I have logged a lateral flow result on the gov website its asked me to take a photo and the system has then determined by the photo if its positive or negative. If it's deemed positive it will then ask you to book a PCR to confirm

@Wellbythebloodyhell, is that when you are reporting on a phone? I've reported loads of the damn things and have never been asked to take a photo for either positive or a negative. I always report on a phone though

When I report a LF it used the phone camera to scan the codes, but doesn’t take a picture of the result.

Yes on a smart phone, it's only happened recently though I'd say past month or so. I do tick that I'm taking the test for work and as part of the NHS not sure if that makes a difference. I'll try it again now and log one for my child for school and see if it does the same and report back i usually just log the result on the school site rather than the gov

Just logged my child's and it didn't ask for a photo just accepted whatever I said was the result 🤔 it would be easier and more fool proof if everyone had to upload the photo to determine results though

DD did one tonight that looked like that and we tested again a while later and it was a very strong line. She is doing a PCR in the morning. We only tested because she had a migraine today but she said it was different from her normal ones.

if yours was more than 10 days ago they won't bother getting in touch as it's too late not true, they text you and apologise for the inconvenience and tell you no further testing is needed.
