My dd had covid back in the summer, covid is now in her class waiting for pcr from child to see if we all get the email asking to pcr our children, now as dd had it and its not been 90 days I shouldn't have to pcr her again, will the school let me send her in anyway or tellbme keep her off for the 10 days as I shouldn't test her again?

It does look like they wanted it to spread in schools. Maybe to get it out the way before winter and while the vulnerable are jabbed!?

DD aged 6 had a temperature on Monday night. We kept her off school today and have tested her every day this week ( lateral flow test) as indeed we have too. She felt fine today and no temperature.
School telephoned us today ( after we rang them to say we wasn’t coming in today) and said DD couldn’t return until she had a negative PCR test.
Very annoying, as she had a negative flow test and only had a temperature the once when we checked her.
So kids are now going to miss out on school days unnecessarily, because they have a cold, as is normal in the winter months.
So basically kids get the lurgies and colds and now they have to have a PCR test before returning to school. How can this go on long term?
How can parents take time off work because they’re kids have a common cold but have to be off until a PCR test is done?
How many parents will lie and say they’ve had their child tested?
It isn’t even law to test anyone anyway is it?
Very frustrating!
What about parents who can’t get to test centres? Some people don’t have cars. Some can’t afford to take public transport. Some working people will get sacked for taking time off every time their kid has a cold!
