ONS covid study if you've had covid?

We are doing the oxford ONS covid study, have been in it for a year now.
What happens when you actually have covid?
I had confirmation by pcr.
DC1 had positive LF but his 2 pcrs were some of the 43k false negatives so we've no proof and now too late to restest.
DC2 and OH haven't had symptoms and pcrs were negative. They may have had it asymptomatically but since the lab was churning out false negatives we'll never know.

I am concerned about what happens now with the oxford study. DC1 and I are likely to test positive for some time because we've had it. Does that mean if we get a positive swab from oxford we'd have to isolate again? If so I think we'll have to stop participating. I can prove that it could be residual but DC can't.

I do the ONS study and they tested me while I was isolating with Covid, no you do not need to isolate again if you test positive.
