Do I need to do day 2 PCRs when returning from France?

Finding lots of conflicting advice. I know there was a change on October 4th but what does that mean for day 2 PCRs when returning from non red list countries (France)? Fully vaxxed, travelling back 25th October.

Yes, at the moment. It will change to LFTs "soon". You need a booking reference for your passenger locator form.
