Vaccine and fever

I had my second vaccine yesterday and felt absolutely normal all day, not even a sore arm. I went to bed and overnight, had the worst fever of my whole life. I had a puddle of sweat on my stomach at one point. I'm feeling a bit knocked for six today.

Anyone that had a fever with Pfizer, when did you feel better?

I had only a sore arm with first vaccine.

Yeah it took 24 hours to resolve. The fever only lasted a few hours but I felt sore all over and very tired for over a day.

I had a sudden onset fever and sweats with AZ, lasted for 24 hours then resolved as quickly as it came on.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I feel better than overnight/this morning, but still like I've been hit by a bus.
