Does anyone know if you can download your status on the app as soo as you’ve had the 2nd vaccine or do you have to wait 2 weeks?

The app works once you've had your first dose and lists all doses along with how long since each dose was administered, if that helps?

Thanks, I’ve not tried it yet. My son is waiting on his second dose so I guess it will show up straight away but not sure whether venues are only going to admit people two weeks after their second vaccine.

You'll be lucky if it works at all tbh. I had a go with it last night and couldn't get past the take a picture of photo ID bit

I did the app on Thursday night and got through to the end bit, where it said I couldn't be found in the system! But it's working fine now, without me doing anything else, so I guess they have ironed out at least some of the wrinkles.

OP, venues will be looking for people to be 'fully vaccinated'. According to the regulations:

"fully vaccinated” means that a person has completed a course of doses of an authorised vaccine with the final dose having been received before the start of the period beginning with the 14th day before the date on which they seek to enter the late night premises or relevant event,"
