“Your recent coronavirus test did not give a clear result”

I’ll get another test.
What has happened to other people in this situation?

This happened to my DC - we had to get another one, it turned out to be negative.

We had that as well, the test centre said they had had a dodgy batch of tests. DD was positive (tested following a positive lateral flow) I was negative (no symptoms, negative lateral flow)

@Fazabulous yes, this happened to my 14 year olds DS. They are quite sensitive, you mustn’t touch your teeth, cheeks, tongue when swabbing the tonsils. We went back to the test centre for another one and it came back positive.

Booked another one where they do it for you (unfortunately 30 mins drive away!)
It was negative.
